Our new timetable is up and running with extra class added Tuesday nights.

Farewell Jep, for nearly 13 years you were our best friend. You got me through some of the hardest times I have ever faced and coming home without you being here is something I may never get used to. Off on the endless walk with all the beef treats you can handle. We are all going to miss you so much.

Welcome to the family Duff..

The Barbarian Muay Thai team were on the road today. We had 7 of our team compete Spartan Team inter club day. Awesome efforts from everyone. A massive thank you to the Spartan MMA team for hosting a fantastic event, we can’t wait for the next one… So proud of our Team and everything the future holds !!!
