We have a well renowned taxidermist coming along as a guest speaker and would love to have all existing members come along and send an open invite to anyone who would like to come and see what we are all about and have a great night chatting about deer 🦌

Viking style axe completed this morning.
Super sharp!
Looking forward to the arrival of the new etches of the Viking compass to etch to the axe head

Bit hard to get a decent pic but quite happy with how the axe head has come up- looking forward to having the etching done!

I decided to put all my stencils on one bit off scrap metal.

Recently added some deer heads to the list of stencils available

I have begun an attempt to create a Viking style axe from an old axe head I found in the wood shed.
Still has a long way to go but it’s just gone through the first heat treatment after the quench

A big thank you to Adam at Parker Knives!
I had a few issues with getting the edges right and Adam took time out to show me a few pointers and ways to improve.
Anyone looking at buying a real quality knife or interested in learning how to make them then Parker knives makes the best and also does
Knife making classes.

90% completed, just need to be sharpened a bit better and still waiting on the new deer head logos to arrive.
Not too bad though, first time using deer antler as handles

Sh*tty weather today was a good excuse to hide in the shed and t a couple new knives underway 👌🏻

Small skinner has been finished off 👌🏻 super happy with the finish and it’s damn sharp !
