Congratulations to Duncan on receiving his 10 year red shirt last night! When the gym closed last year Dunc continued training with the tradies on a Thursday night and last night I was rapt to have finally presented him with his red tee. Good job mate 🥊🥊

Thanks everyone for attending the Pop Up Boxing class last night. It was fantastic seeing everyone and I hope you all had a great session and catching up with everyone.
If you would like a copy of the 12 days to Christmas (not the one from last night but the original CB gym version) please let me know and I will send it through - ooh its the one with the assault bike on it.

If you would like a box dropped off at your house please DM by the end of this Friday and I can collect the boxes and drop them off and then will pick them back up from your house when they are full and deliver them to the drop off centre on the 14th December.
