It's a dance class inspired by Latin American and world music! Not only are the classes beyond enjoyable, there's the lovely networks that form from the classes you go to: the amazing people you have a laugh with, the positive atmosphere that flows through the air and also being able to tackle down fitness without even noticing! I can't go to a class without smiling and I love seeing those smiles!
