This class is the perfect way for teens to get active, learn self defence concepts, develop skills in martial arts and spend time with like minded peers. Every class is 45min long and $10 a session. No lock in contracts or term long invoices, simply pay as you go!

2024 SELF-DEFENCE COURSE FOR WOMEN
Beginners’ course
✅ This course is designed for active women with or without self-defence experience. Numbers are limited to allow for proper instruction. This is a stand-alone course, designed to give participants practical techniques, awareness and mindset preparation.

✅ The course will be run by a Certified Instructor from the Ballarat Karate Club’s Unarmed Combat Programme, with assistance from other qualified members. All proceeds go to the Ballarat Karate Club, a non-profit, volunteer-run organisation established in 1965.

✅ When: Tuesdays 6.30pm to 7.30pm

✅ Course runs for ten weeks in two blocks:
✅ Feb 20 to March 26 (6 weeks)
✅ April 16 to May 7 (4 weeks)
✅ Cost $120

Hello families, we have a little bad news.
Our storage facility was broken into either Saturday or Sunday night.
The door had been forced open with a bar. Luckily no gifts were taken but unfortunately some of our funds now have to be used to secure our facility.
We are also looking at installing cameras and sensors, which does require more money.
We will keep everyone posted on our efforts to overcome this quickly, to ensure our needy families receive all there gifts for this year.
