🚲 CASUAL WEEKEND TEAM MEMBER WANTED 🚲

Ballina Byron Bike Hire is looking for a friendly, reliable casual team member to join our crew.

This role would suit someone who:
• Has an interest in bikes and cycling
• Knows the local bike paths and cycling routes around Ballina and Byron Bay
• Enjoys chatting with people and providing great customer service
• Is organised, punctual and self-motivated
• Can work weekends on a regular basis

What you'll be doing:
• Preparing hire bikes
• Assisting customers with bike collection and returns
• Providing local route recommendations and tourist information
• Delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and locals
• General day-to-day operations

Bike mechanic experience is a bonus, but not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for cycling are more important.
