U13’s finished up Minor Premiers and won the semis so Ballina Rugby Union Club Seahorses is hosting the U13’s Semi Finals tomorrow night.

Come on down, cheer on our junior team in their semis and support the Ballina Rugby Club!

And that’s a wrap for our regular season for our juniors.

Congratulations to all our junior teams for the work you have put in throughout the season and the performances you have delivered on the pitch in the mighty blue and black jersey. We really hope that you have enjoyed all the challenges that rugby has thrown at you this year, because we certainly have enjoyed watching you embrace and overcome them with your teammates.

You can be and should be very proud of your achievements this season.

A special congratulations to our Under 13’s team for finishing the season as minor premiers and securing the home semi-finals for the Club. You’ve set the standard for the Under 13 competition this season and we know you will continue do well in the final’s series. Good luck!

Also, a massive Thank You to all our Volunteers who have worked tirelessly throughout the season. Your efforts to ensure the Club continues to run smoothly week after week are greatly appreciated. Without you, our junior games simply would not happen. Thank you.

GF Winners - 2026 Season

Ballina Rugby Union Club Seahorses Reserve Grade

Grand Final recap….. A day full of pride, some disappointment and one HUGE victory for the Seahorses.

A bit of a UNO reverse this year, after Ballina took home the Women’s and First Grade premierships in 2025 defeating minor premiers Lismore and Wollongbar they both unfortunately returned the favour and claimed the victory from us this year.

For our Women’s and First Grade sides, last weekends results don’t take anything away from what has been an incredible season. Both teams finished as Minor Premiers and earned their place on the biggest stage. Making back-to-back Grand Finals is an achievement in itself, and we couldn’t be prouder of the seasons they’ve both had.

What a season. A massive congratulations to our Reserve Grade boys, who capped off an unbeaten year with a 45–34 Grand Final victory over Casuarina Beach Rugby Club . An incredible achievement and a premiership thoroughly deserved!
