🪩🧘🏽‍♀️If you’re new here (welcome!) — or you’ve been here a while but aren’t quite sure what Mama Prana is all about — let me reintroduce myself. 

I’m Meaghan — a Melbourne mother of two, yoga teacher and Mama Rising® facilitator — and my heart’s work is helping women (especially mothers) come home to themselves. Think: a space to soften, exhale, and remember the parts of you that get lost in the juggle.

Mama Prana is intimate yoga studio (shala) and a vibrant community for women and mothers who crave embodiment, rest, pleasure, authenticity & a fun sisterhood.

It’s a heart-led community for women and mothers craving:

This morning I made a special trip to the shops to buy an orchid stem.

The ones I found looked a little bit wilted, but still so beautiful.

Something I’ve been manifesting of late, has been to cultivate an energy of ‘do more with less’..

I love the idea of creating simple beauty and pleasure from fewer resources. Giving myself less money to spend and bringing in fewer new items into the house - this helps me save money and live in less clutter.

So I was pretty thrilled when the shopkeeper offered me these three stems for free.

Lately I’ve been really curious about what it takes to truly manifest — which sounds cheesy because manifesting has becoming so buzzy and Instagrammy.

But like any good cliché, it’s popular because it it’s true (or in the case for manifesting.. it works)

Cheesy as it may seem, I have always loved to play with manifestation. Manifesting is ‘the art of receiving’ and as feminine beings, we come to life when we receive.

Ever since my teen years, I have played with the magic of vision boarding, and writing lists of things I want to bring into my orbit. I used to adorn my high school diary with cut-outs of everything and anything that I desired to do, be or have. I wouldn’t mind betting you did too…

At the start of this year, a dear friend who I travelled India with — introduced me to — a Californian-based brand who teach about manifesting, epigenetics, neural pathways and energetic.

What I am learning about the art of manifesting is changing how I experience the ‘every day’ as a mum with a very full life.

In my upcoming workshop, we are delving into all things manifestation as we craft our own vision, together in circle with a group of mothers.

This is not your average women’s circle.

She’s a Vision! is part creative playdate, part coming-home-to-yourself celebration — where we’ll mix softness with sass, beauty with boldness, and vision with embodiment.

Here’s what we’ll do:

✷ Feminine-form yoga to shake off the winter and awaken your radiance
✷ A playful, guided journaling ritual to explore what’s blooming inside you
✷ Vision-boarding for future self activation (yes — she’s pretty cute)

Tucked quietly behind my home in Balwyn North, this little peach-painted shala—affectionately dubbed ‘The Womb Room’ by my clients—is a sacred, private space shared only with those who feel called.

I painted it while channeling the energy of Goddess Lakshmi, the embodiment of abundance, creativity, beauty, and feminine power. Her vibrant energy breathes colour, softness, and radiance into every corner, inviting us to reconnect deeply with our feminine magic.

The space is lovingly decked out with yoga mats, soft bolsters, linen Glamswags, and crystal singing bowls—each element holding space for rest, movement, and soulful connection.

Mothers from all over Melbourne gather here to share, giggle, stretch, and discover themselves through yoga circles and seasonal workshops.

I also offer 1:1 coaching for mothers—either in-person inside this intimate shala or online via Zoom.
