Why We Need This

Modern life has one major thing in common: we sit a lot.
Whether it’s at desks, in cars, or on couchesβ€”our hips and lower body are compressed for long periods of time. This daily posture creates fascial restrictions behind the knees, across the hamstrings, glutes, and into the lower back.

We also move asymmetrically.
We drive with the right foot, we twist in specific directions, and we develop habitual postures that favor one side over the other.

Over time, this leads to:
One hip rotating forward, the other rotating back
One hip sitting higher than the other
A buildup of tension, pressure, and imbalance through the lower body
