I wanted to feel what AI was like for me to be honest as a coach and a runner ....

AI is magical I'm a terrible speller , so it helps a lot 🤣 and that's just the basic I use it a lot to help with quick fixes on my business would otherwise take me forever when I'm trying to coach ...

I've also probably spelt a lot wrong in this post but that's because I'm a terrible speller and I didn't use AI to generate it 🤣

But what I hope you can grasp is the program Vs coach aspect to your goal and how it changes the outcome.

I think about the legacy I can leave behind a lot....

And if I can give one girl, daughter , mother , auntie or sister a glimmer of hope that anything's possible despite the noise we have of saying we can't, or we should dim our light , or not be too loud , then I'll be pretty proud.

I have doubts , of course I do.

More than you know.

But I've become accustomed to not letting them win as often as they would like

So in 7 weeks I guess I'll stare a little bit more down that dark rabbit while while running in a race with no finish line just to see how far this girl can go ( again 😜🏸🏃‍♀️)

Let's see if I can wear that flag again 20 years later 🇮🇪

7 weeks to run in loops for as long as I can stand

Scary but calming thought to think I'm going into the unknown

Last year I was in the unknown on my own two feet running from Newcastle to Sydney 250km

I knew I had an end point

But this one , I only have a minimum to achieve

Time to kick the training into sim practice ( when I'm back from the mountains)

I'm not the biggest fish in the pond...

But least I'm in it ...

Its scary to have a dream put down on paper turn into action

Then it's even scarier to tell everyone about it

But im here to give it a shot... I would be crazy not to.
