For me a i see strength as simple but strategic for runners.
Each session focusing on what a runner needs vs wasted time ( when let's be honest we don't have time when the KM start racking up)
This session is for the more advanced gym goer due to the barbells but you can easily swap these out for
BB deadlift = KB suitcase deadlift
BB reverse lunge = DB reverse lunge
