Taking one lunge sequence and showing how it can be done both on the reformer and on the floor using a slider (socks or a piece of paper can do the trick).
This flow moves through:
• Crescent lunge
• Crescent lunge + scooter
• Scooter only
• Crescent lunge with a forward hinge
• Scooter with a forward hinge
• Back to crescent lunge (no hinge)
• Finish with lunge pulses 🔥
Same movement patterns, different tools!! Great for building strength, control and balance whether you’re in the studio or training at home.
