MEET OUR 3rd NEW COACH!
HAYDEN!
Hayden has competed on 2 BOTB fight nights helping raise funds for the illawarra convoy.
He has been such a great asset to the gym over the last few years and is now a fully accredited coach with Boxing Australia.
You can train with Hayden every Wednesday morning at 6:30am and you’ll see him helping out around the gym during the week.
We are so privileged to have him apart of our coaching team here at Grechys!

I started planning this year’s Battle of the Businesses back in December 2025, hoping that starting earlier would give me more time, but as the event gets bigger every year, so does the workload, and somehow I still ended up falling behind!

8 months of planning.
And a few more grey hairs added to the noggin.
At times I say to myself, why am I putting myself through this?

But it’s all worth it when you remember why we do it, to raise money for sick children through the i98FM Illawarra Convoy.
That’s it, that’s our goal.

A massive thank you to every fighter, coach, official, sponsor and every person who attended and supported the night.

But most importantly, thank you to my incredible team of volunteers.

This event simply could not happen without you. If even one of you didn’t turn up on the night, it wouldn’t have been the success it was.

You all give up your time, work behind the scenes and help turn an idea into something truly special.

I’m incredibly grateful for every single one of you.
