9:30-11:30am Alf Falkner Hall Mary Crescent EDEN HILL.
It's a FREE class supported by the Town of Bassendean.
Suitable from 12 weeks.
Bookings not required just come along any week. Mats available, bring a pillow or cushion for the relaxation.
Class includes; yoga, skills for labour, birth information session, visualisation and relaxation.
