Congratulations Dave, shooting your 1st Fly at 500m in our club fly shoot. Treasure that patch, I'm sure it will be the 1st of many.

And speaking of our club fly shoot, once again most of our intrepid fly shooters are in Canberra this weekend so we won't have our club fly shoot but the range will be open for practice from 10:00 on Sunday

A quiet day at the range this morning with only 5 competitors turning up to shoot our club BR30 comp. Michael O scored 1930 for his two cards with his factory rifle. Ned scored 2866, Cheryl was 3rd with 3300, Cathy 0 2nd scoring 3445 and Steve on the top step with 4250 and shooting the best card of the morning.

Another great evening at the B&L Payne indoor range on Wednesday, with some regulars plus a couple of P650 try out shooters, one of who committed to a safety course and even a licensed club member adding an air rifle to his safe. Excellent scores by all concerned. Thank you to Alex and Robert for running the night.

Cold and windy are the words that would best describe our Night Fly shoot, and the scores were probably a good indication of the conditions. Congratulations to John for taking what I think was his 1st win at one of our club shoots scoring 243.02, Michael B shot the best target with a 56 and finished 2nd with Cheryl coming home 3rd.

Don't forget - The indoor 10m Range will be open tomorrow (Wednesday) night from 5.00-7.30pm

As we have a severe weather warning for tomorrow with strong winds forecast and it is Father Day, we have cancelled IRB and the range will be closed for practice too. Hope all the Dads get spoiled and have a great day.
