This time next week we will be on track at the Gold Coast 500 for both the final round of the Aussie Racing Cars and Round 5 of the Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series.

We currently sit 3rd in the championship in our F & J Bitumen - Rhino Industrial V8 SuperUte

And 2nd in the championship in our F & J Bitumen - Recharge Petroleum Mustang in the Aussie Racing Cars

2nd to end the weekend at Bathurst.

I’m Stoked to give the team a result they deserve. It was close on not making this round on sponsorship but this last minute push makes it all worth it.

I can’t thank my guys enough at specifically Helen and Scott for their Belief, Mum and Dad for their support and obviously my loyal partners.

2nd on Saturday at Bathurst.

Definitely had to work for that one, it wasn’t my greatest start, gave and took a few knocks throughout the race falling to 6th, despite a wounded right front corner we got to show our pace finishing 2nd.

Thanks to everyone for the messages and support this weekend, it’s incredible to see how many people get around our team, very lucky.

Bathurst Race Winner sounds pretty good.

Despite qualifying 10th we had glimpses of brilliant pace and I’m glad we got to show it today.

It’s been a long time coming and as I mentioned a complete testament to the people in my corner.

Feeling comfortable after day 1 at the mountain, we have a really quick race car that puts us in a good position for the rest of the weekend.

Although Qualifying didn’t go our way with some traffic, after looking over the data I’m confident we have the pace to fight to the front.

2 races tomorrow with 1 at 7:35am and race 2 at 12:45pm

We’re hitting the track at Bathurst with a fresh look this weekend, proudly carrying Rhino Industrial to partner with ourselves and F & J Bitumen Services on our V8 SuperUte.

Rhino Industrial is a proudly Territory owned business based in Darwin, supplying a huge range of industrial products across the mining, civil, construction, plumbing, marine and infrastructure industries. From pipe, valves and fittings through to hoses, hydraulic equipment and specialised industrial products, Rhino has become a major supplier to businesses across the Northern Territory and beyond.

A massive thank you also goes to F&J Bitumen Services, who have continued to support me through every category I’ve raced in. Their loyalty over the years means a lot. F&J specialise in bitumen and asphalt services across the Territory and have been a huge part of my journey.

Finally, thankyou to Gary & Dawn at Rubberduck Civil for also coming onboard as a new sponsor, it’s great to have a local NT Business kicking goals join us at the mountain.

It was very much a last minute deal but it’s great to have a bunch of strong NT business getting behind our program and I’m looking forward to our future.

I also want to acknowledge and thank all of the other partners who have their brands on the Ute. Our racing simply doesn’t happen without the businesses and people who choose to get behind it and this week was a great example of that. I appreciate every single one of you.

Nice to be back in the SuperUte prior to our biggest race of the year at Bathurst.

For a track we test at regularly we made some serious gains which is handy, couldn’t help but throw the glasses on for a lap later in the day.

As per usual, I can’t chase this dream without the right people in my corner.
