And there are so many more reasons why you SHOULD do Pole!! But the biggest reason is definitely for your mental health 🥰 Where else do you get an hour to yourself, wear heels, feel sexy, and challenge your mind & body during a workout?!?

Let them judge!!! You’re having way more fun than them anyway 😜🥰

Another fabulous night at the Carillon Business Awards. We walked away as a finalist in the “Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion” category, amongst some other sensational businesses. Special shoutout to the amazing Jess at Healthworld who won the People’s Choice Award for “Excellence in Health, Fitness & Wellbeing” - so well deserved queen 👏 👏 Congratulations to all the finalists and winners
