Breath. The foundation of movement, recovery and rest.

It shapes how we move, feel and respond - grounding us when life gets a little louder.

Sometimes, the simplest way to reset is to come back to your breath.

The city moves fast. Your wellness routine doesn’t have to.

Right in the heart of Sydney, Pitt St brings movement, recovery and wellbeing together under one roof - making it easy to find a little balance in the middle of your day.

Train hard. Recover well.

We recently welcomed the to Virgin Active Pitt St for some well-earned recovery following their weekend in Sydney.

When training is part of the job, recovery deserves just as much attention. From movement and mobility to time spent resetting, it all plays a role in the bigger picture.

Always a pleasure to have the Lions in club ❤️🦁

So much love, energy and enthusiasm across our clubs for R U OK? Day 💛

From members and instructors to our in-club teams, our community came together last Thursday to check in, start conversations and remind each other that a simple “Are you OK?” can mean so much.

A big thank you to everyone who got involved, showed up and helped make the day what it was. Because looking out for each other is what community is all about.
