Happy Australia Day!
However, you’re celebrating today, take a few quiet moments just for yourself to breathe. Really breathe — slow, deep, purposeful breaths that soften your shoulders, calm your mind, and bring you back into your body.
Inhale gently through your nose, letting your ribcage expand.
Exhale fully, releasing tension you may not even realise you’re holding.
Repeat this a few times, allowing your breath to ground you, settle your nervous system, and create a sense of ease.
These small pauses matter. A few mindful breaths can reset your energy, clear your head, and help you move through the day feeling more present, calm, and connected — wherever and however you’re celebrating.
Term 1 Group Mat Pilates starts tomorrow. Private Reformer Pilates and Private Rehab Pilates sessions start 2 February, limited spaced available for all.

These Extended Group Mat Pilates classes are the perfect way to kick-start your year ✨

Each 90-minute Extended Mat Pilates class includes:
• centering the mind and body
• an extended full-body stretch (30 beautiful minutes)
• focused core-specific exercises
• a full-body workout using bands, balls, and circles (provided)

• Pilates designed to energise and de-stress you
Suitable for teens through to 80+, and for beginners to advanced participants, as long as you’re injury free.

As today is my last working day of the year, I wanted to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a joyful festive season.
Thank you so much for your continued support throughout 2025 — it truly means the world to me. I’m incredibly grateful to work with such wonderful clients.
I’ll be taking some time to rest and recharge over the break and will return to teaching Private Pilates Sessions on 19 January. During this period, I’ll be checking emails every few days.
