This month in our group classes we are working on Planks, each week we are trying to beat our time from the week before.

Road to Hana Virtual Challenge
I tried so many times to stick to gym, but after a week I ended up watching tv but with a $50 gym membership rolling out . This has been the most motivating thing Iβve ever seen for getting myself up off the couch and being active!
