Our Ladies have claimed the club’s first-ever WA Senior Ladies League title, delivering an outstanding performance against St. Finbar’s in a game filled with determination, heart, and grit.

A huge congratulations to every player who pulled on the jersey throughout the league campaign. After reaching the league final for the last five consecutive years and so narrowly missing out each time, the perseverance and hard work that the team has put in, aswell as the last number of years with the club’s first-ever Senior Ladies League title 🏆

Outstanding performances across the pitch from our Men’s Senior team this season. Unfortunately, they were unlucky not to get the result on Saturday in the championship elimination, bringing their 2026 season to an end.

It was an exciting year for the lads, with plenty of returning players alongside some great new additions to the squad. Numbers remained consistently high throughout the season, creating a fantastic atmosphere at training, tournaments, team bonding sessions, and, of course, a few nights out together!😜

Morley Gaels GAA wish to offer our sincere condolences to the family of former ladies team player Róisín McKelvey, Termon, Donegal who has sadly passed away on the 16th of July.

We offer our condolences to Róisíns parents Neil and Eileen, sister Megan (Cathal), brother Brendan, niece Hannah, grandmother Máire McGill, extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbours and her many dear friends.

As a mark of respect and in her memory we will observe a minute’s silence before today’s ladies match.

Rosin was a valued member of our club for the 2023/2024 seasons. Being part of the 2024 Melbourne 7s team and the league final team the same year. She will be sadly missed by us all at Morley Gaels.

May Róisín Rest in Peace. 🕊️
