Our Story

With a holistic approach to healthy living I believe that you must combine nutrition with exercise. It must be FUN! You must love going and it must add other beneficial elements to your life such as social interaction, a sense of belonging, a place that keeps you accountable and a place where your achievements are celebrated.

I am a Cert IV Personal trainer and have taught the course with AIPT running a campus in NSW. I have been a group fitness instructor for many years teaching boxing, cycle, bootcamp, HIIT, Metafit and Body Balance. I am also a qualified Nutritionist which I am absolutely passionate about.

I ran a number of fitness businesses over the last 10 years now I'm happy to be home in Perth and building new challenges, new seminars, new education programs and some exciting new products that will be coming your way.
