A true club favourite and one of the most respected figures around Bayswater, Dale has done an outstanding job leading the 2nd XI. His leadership has created a positive, supportive and competitive environment where players have been able to develop, enjoy their cricket and play for each other.

His commitment to the club and the culture he’s built make him the perfect person to continue leading the side.
