Last week we had a busy planning day scheduled so we started the morning with an office yoga session to help clear our minds and get everyone geared up for a big day. A big thank you to Rhian from for leading this very enthusiastic team of yoga beginners!

Classes over the next few weeks will be supporting the Australian Red Cross QLD and NSW Floods Appeal. All donations for the classes will be donated to the appeal, so share with anyone you think might want to give and do some yoga at the same time. Full your own cup by helping to fill someone else’s.

Week night yoga with the fam is becoming a great weekly staple. I’m privileged to have this to share, and glad for every opportunity that I get!

Taking in the world around us, doing our best to live in the moment, even just for the time we have together on a Saturday morning.

I’m so grateful to be able to kick off every weekend with a group like this one, bookending an often busy week flowing between movement and stillness and always striving to fully experience my ‘now’.

This Remembrance Day, we acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and women who gave their lives serving this country.

We will always remember those Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who served Australia and particularly those who sadly lost their lives in conflict.

Lest we forget.

I love practicing in this space. The way the sun slowly creeps across the grass as we practice on a Saturday morning. The small still space within the surrounding stimulating wider world, providing an opportunity to practice accepting business around us, but stillness within us.
