Quick question. If someone collapsed in front of you right now, would you know what to do?

CPR is one of those skills you hope you never need, and are so glad to have when you do. It is simpler than most people think, and starting it early can double someone's chance of survival while help is on the way. You do not have to be a lifesaver to learn it.

A few hours learning CPR and basic first aid could be the most important few hours you ever spend. Find a course near you, and if you're keen, come and talk to us.
