Fremantle City Football Club thrashed league champions Perth Azzurri 5-0 on Wednesday night to reach the New Balance NPL WA Women's Top Four Cup final.
Tanika Lala put Freo ahead on 30 minutes, before four goals in the last quarter of the game saw City blow Azzurri away.
Lala made it 2-0 after Leyna Wood had struck the post. Then Lacey Heys cracked home the third from Lala's pass. Ischia Brooking set up the fourth with an excellent ball that Wood converted, while substitute Erin Siah completed the drubbing in stoppage time.
It's Balcatta Etna FC next for Fremantle in Saturday's Top Four Cup final at the Sam Kerr Football Centre.
For Azzurri, who were without Perth Glory A-Leagues trio Ella Lincoln, Charli Wainwright and Daisy McAllister, this heavy loss rounds off a late-season collapse of six defeats and a draw from their final seven fixtures.
