As we reflect on an incredible season, we want to take a moment to recognise and thank our amazing Nova families.

Your support throughout the season has been nothing short of incredible. In fact, it has been the most supportive, positive and encouraging environment we have ever experienced. 🥹

Thank you for every early morning, every training session, every game, every drive, every cheer from the sideline and every word of encouragement.

Thank you for always showing up for the girls, celebrating their successes, supporting them through the challenges and reminding them to keep going when things didn’t go their way.

Your positivity, encouragement and belief in the team have made such a difference. You have created an environment where the girls have felt supported, valued and confident to learn, grow and enjoy their netball journey.

From cheering loudly on game day to encouraging every player, your support has been felt by all of us. You have helped make this season so special, and we are incredibly grateful.

💜🩵 WHAT A SEASON FOR TEAM NOVA 🩵💜

Coming SECOND is something to celebrate — but when you know the story behind this team, it makes the achievement even more special. 🥈✨

Of our 9 incredible players, 1 was playing their first ever year of netball — and many of these girls were still very new to the game.

To make it even more challenging, they were playing up an age group, taking on girls with more experience and knowledge of the game.

Yet they never let that stop them.

They turned up.
They listened.
They learned.
They made mistakes, picked themselves up and tried again.
They fought for every ball and, most importantly, they fought for each other. 💪🏼

To finish the season as Grand Final Runners-Up is a massive achievement and a true reflection of their determination, resilience and willingness to learn.

They may not have walked away with the gold medal, but they have walked away with something far more important — confidence, experience, friendships and the belief that they belong on the court.

From a group of girls learning the game to Grand Finalists… what a journey. 🥹💜🩵

Team Nova, you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. We certainly are.

This is only the beginning. 🌟

The day we’ve been working towards is finally here!

From their very first season together to making it all the way to Grand Final Day — what an incredible journey this group has had. 🥹💜

Today isn’t about how they started. It’s about everything they’ve learnt, the challenges they’ve overcome and the grit, determination and belief they’ve built along the way.

They’ve proven that when they trust each other, play their game and fight for every ball, they are capable of something pretty special. 🔥

Whatever happens today, Kelli and I could not be prouder of these kids. They have already achieved so much in their first season, and watching them step onto the court for a Grand Final is something we’ll never forget.

Now it’s time to dig deep, believe, play the front game and go after every ball.

What an incredible performance from this group today!

In their very first season together, these kids have shown exactly what grit, determination and belief can achieve. Today they stepped onto the court for their semifinal and left absolutely everything out there.

They fought for every ball, backed each other, stayed composed under pressure and kept pushing right until the final whistle. There were moments when the game tested them, but they never stopped believing in each other.

And the result? NOVA ARE THROUGH! 🎉💜

This win is about so much more than the scoreboard. It’s a reflection of the growth, resilience and teamwork this group has built throughout their first season.

From their first game to today, the transformation has been incredible to watch. They have learnt to trust each other, celebrate each other and, most importantly, keep fighting when things get tough.

Kelli and I could not be prouder of this group. ❤️

What a season it has been for this incredible group of girls!

In their first ever season together, they have finished an amazing 3rd place and have now secured their spot in the semifinals next Saturday! 🥉🎉

This team has shown so much growth, determination and resilience throughout the season. They’ve celebrated the wins, learnt from the losses and, most importantly, continued to support each other every step of the way. 💜

Next Saturday they take on the Pink Team 💗

We know it won’t be easy, but we also know what these girls are capable of. They’ve beaten them before, and they’ll head into the semifinal believing they can do it again!

Now is the time to dig deep, trust each other and believe in themselves. Play their own game, stay focused and bring the energy that has got them this far! 🔥

Kelli and I couldn’t be more proud of this group and everything they have achieved in their very first season. Whatever happens next Saturday, they have already given us so many reasons to be proud. ❤️

💜🩵 CARNIVAL #2 — WHAT A DAY! 🩵💜

Today Fusion took to the court for our second carnival, and what a day it was!

The girls had to dig deep today, with our numbers down due to illness, injuries and prior commitments. But despite the challenges, they showed up, worked hard and gave every game everything they had. 💪🏐

Out of our 5 games, we came away with 2 fantastic wins and some great learning experiences along the way. And that final game… WOW! 😍🔥

We may not have walked away with the win, but taking on the leader of the competition and testing them right until the end showed just how far this group has come.

These young women continue to grow, develop and believe in themselves with every game. The determination, teamwork, resilience and fight they showed today is something our whole club can be incredibly proud of.

From where they started to where they are now — the growth has been incredible. 🥹💜

We couldn’t be prouder of our Fusion girls. Keep believing, keep working hard and keep backing each other.

What an incredible weekend for Fusion NextGen Netball Club – Team Nova! 💜🩵

Today marked a huge milestone as Team Nova represented Fusion NextGen at our very first carnival at Jimboomba Netball Association.

Every single one of our 10 players stepped onto the court with grit, determination, courage and heart. They never gave up, backed each other every step of the way, and played as one team from the first whistle to the last.

Their hard work paid off, finishing the day with an amazing 3rd place! 🥉🎉

To our players – we couldn’t be prouder of the way you represented our club. You showed that success isn’t just measured by medals, but by teamwork, resilience and the willingness to keep fighting for every ball.

A huge thank you to our families, supporters and everyone who cheered Team Nova on throughout the day. This is just the beginning for Fusion NextGen, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.
