Hi there, I am the most exciting PT to come out of Christchurch. I found my love for fitness through Les Mills group fitness. This love grew into a passion and I am now a certified instructor in BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and the LES MILLS GRIT SERIES. My childhood consisted of over eating and absolutely no physical activities.
