I honestly love this high strength magnesium cream. It seriously works absolute wonders for my fibromyalgia pain, general muscle aches and pain from training BUT I also love the care the company takes with packaging their products. I love the excitement and process of teaching the fundamentals of strength training to people that have never done it before.
I really enjoy discussing the benefits it has on the body and on your health and longevity.
Because let’s face it… as we get older we want to stay strong, mobile, flexible and fit. We want to keep using our bodies rather than looking back frustrated on how we used to be in our 20’s whilst feeling like it’s all down hill after 40.
It’s not. We can grow adapt and change our bodies even at 40 and beyond.
Do you want to stay young? Keep a spring in your step? Strength training paired with mobility and stretch sessions and daily walking will help you achieve and maintain that for as long as you live. Stay young even as you get older.

I often hear that lack of childcare can be a barrier to training for some women and men. I get it, often training equates to “me” time. It’s your down time to recharge and focus on self care. However there are times that self care means you need to do it with your kids in tow.
I have always welcomed kids into my studio space. I think it’s great for kids to see their parents training and learning early on that movement and exercise is an important part of living a healthy life.
If you’re training with me, your children are never a barrier, they are never unwelcome. I am happy to, with your permission, pick them up and give them a cuddle while you train if they get restless.
This happy little guy was very chill to just watch his Mum work,but I honestly couldn’t resist spending a few moments here and there playing with some toys with him while telling his mum what to do!
Bring them, stay consistent and remember sometimes self care doesn’t always look the way we want as parents, but it’s still important to get it any way we can fit it in.
