For many years now at Focus, we’ve run our Ryoga/stretch classes and they’ve always been one of our most popular classes.
Most people these days deal with tightness, stiffness, stress, poor posture or old injuries from busy lives, long work days and constantly being on the go.
This class is designed to help you slow down, move better and leave feeling more relaxed, mobile and energised than when you walked in.
Ryoga is a stretch-based class that combines mobility, core, balance, stability and breathwork using Ryan’s 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to create a class that feels practical, supportive and suitable for all levels.
Next week we are offering complimentary intro classes for anyone wanting to come along and try either one or both sessions and experience the benefits for themselves.
