We’re proud to be delivering the Guardian Girls Karate self-defence program in partnership with Karate Australia.

This supportive, choice-led four-week course is designed to help women and girls develop practical self-defence skills, confidence and greater awareness.

⏱️ 4 weeks × 90-minute sessions
💪 6 hours of expert training
