welcoming my kettlebells to the Gold Coast ✌️

✅ Double rack squat x 10
✅ Double overhead press x 10
✅ Double bent rows x 10

⏰ I did these as tri-sets to test out my general conditioning and cut down the workout time, but totally doable as 3 x 10 reps if you prefer. You can also add a couple more sets to build out the workout a little more.

It’s not much but it’s honest work 😄

Bit of fun at the end just because I have these to work with again

indoors and keeping dry with a YBell Fitness tripod…

A1 Bondi burpees x 5
A2 Double curls x 5 then ladder
A3 Rack squat x 5

⏰ Bondi burpees stay at 5 reps, curls and squat ladder up start at 5 reps then ladder up (adding 1 rep each time through). 6 mins on the clock for 3 - 5 sets depending how much time you have to spare.

A1 Curl and reverse lunge
A2 Hammer clean press*
A3 V push-ups

B1 Cross catch lateral lunge
B2 Double high swing
B3 Burpees

(*replacement I had to make for the Ybell pickup and squat)

laurence.fitness is back with another YPOM.

This month's consists of 2 separate mini pods that have 3 exercises each.

You'll work through each mini pod for 2 rounds, take a break and then complete 1 final round of each.

Exercise 1 will be completed for 50 seconds followed by a 10 second break.

Exercise 2 will run for 40 seconds followed by a 10 second break.

Exercise 3 will be for 30 seconds followed by a 10 second break.

You'll repeat this format for each pod.

A little bit different format, but we like to keep you guessing!

✅ Bear rows
✅ Reverse lunge
✅ Start at 5 reps each side
✅ Add one rep the next time around

⏰ 6 mins work and 1 minute rest for 3 - 5 rounds.

complex after early start and late finish after work.

✅ Renegade row
✅ Hammer clean lunge
✅ Arnold press
✅ 10 reps of each

⏰ Work for time or work for sets. Tonight I went through 5 times taking just enough rest to keep solid form through each complex.

Just glad to get moving after being planted at the desk all day.

After a long week of bean counting and being desk bound it was great to hit a ladder for todays garage session. Trying to build up my general fitness again after really neglecting it over the past months 👇

✅ Double curl
✅ Overhead press
✅ Suitcase squat

Start at 1 rep of each the add another rep each time through. Where you finish is where you start the next round. I alternated between laddering up and down for each round.

⏰ 6 mins work and 1 min rest, aiming for 3-5 rounds depending on time and / or fitness level.

Back to more over the coming months. Quick ladder over the weekend to get myself back moving

A1 Push-ups
A2 Twist curls
A3 Rack squats

⏰ Start at 5 reps of each, then add another rep each time you finish a round. 15- 20 minutes on the clock and take the rest you need to do each pass unbroken.
