Huge thanks to Zak Angelevski for teaching an awesome workshop last night on the Front Headlock! Zaki showed how he likes to heist up from guard when the top player is not engaging and look to attack submissions or go behinds! He showed how he likes to finish a range of submissions including seated katagatame, ninja chokes and high wrist guillotine variations! He also showed how to transition to the back if they defend the submission. It was a great workshop and we all took a lot away from it! We highly recommend learning from Zaki if you get the chance! Thanks everyone for coming in!
