It's been a minute! 👋🏻

It's been a little while since I've posted on here, and there's been plenty happening behind the scenes!

Last week, Plus Fitness officially closed its doors, which meant it was time for me to find a new home.

Luckily for me, the legends at Caves Beach Gym have welcomed me with open arms, and I'm excited to get stuck into this next chapter! 💪🏻

Whether you're looking for personal training, keen to throw a few punches in a boxing session, or want to try your hand at a HYROX-style workout, Caves Beach is where you'll find me!

To all my existing clients, thanks for sticking with me through the move. And to anyone thinking about getting started, I'd love to see you down there.

That anxiety if walking into a gym is real, just like it is the first time you try anything new. Each exercise is a new skill you have to learn, so remember to be the learner, make mistakes. Everyone in there knows exactly how you're feeling.

The fittest looking people in there, the ones that might intimidate you the most are also the ones that are most likely to help you out. So keep an open mind and understand everyone in that room shares the same fundamental purpise of trying ti get better every session.

I love working out and training, pushing my body to see what i can get out of it. I also understand that alot of you out there hate the idea of working out, however, if you want to live a long independent life then doing nothing is not an option.

Most people over estimate whats required just to build some strength and maintain a healthy body as we age.

You will always get better results with more effort. This isnt to sell medicority, its understanding that alot of you out there dont love the process as much as I do.
