Thank you for all the years of support, fun, sweat, occasional vomit and amazing memories.

We’d like to thank & for all your help. Enzo helped us put Elevate together and helped us take it all down. We couldn’t have done this venture without you. Thank you Linda for letting us borrow your husband.

Finally, thank you everyone for understanding as to why we decided to close. As I’ve said over and over again, this is not the end. I am still coaching so please inbox for more information. Training will commence as of January.

Have a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the new year fitfam. I miss you all already!! Sleep ins are overrated!!!

Tuesday:
6:15am Iron athlete circuit
5:30pm Elevate FINAL Workout of the day

Wednesday:
6am Bootcamp

It’s been an absolutely amazing journey with you all and I can’t believe it’s time to shut shop, but know more is to come.

Monday’s lineup will be a little different to allow loads of opportunity to train.
