that’s why a strong trust in your coach & knowing your own day to day condition/ feeling will help you to know when and where (hint it is more often than you think!)

With a heavy heart we have had to closed at the premises in town for now. GROWL will continue in garage gyms for now.
Thanks to you know who you are for sustaining our Weightlifting Club for these first 5 years and particularly those that went hard in our 6 months at the Club this year!
To those that competed for the Club you have a huge heart and a tenacious spirit, it was brilliant to see you team together, celebrate, smile and laugh and absorb the sport and community ❤️ we will be back
