Double Dagger Ride and Rock 2025. A fantastic day out yesterday, great venue, great weather and a great group of people to spend the day with. The Draugr MKIII I donated to Double Dagger Projects raised $2000 and even came with a signed copy of the Blade Magazine that it was featured in.( I'm still trying to get hold of a copy!!) The surprise was a 2nd Draugr ( A special one off sheepsfoot blade.) that I had made for Hammer being offered for auction and raising $1000. ( He's a very generous man.) I took 11 blades to show, and sold 7!! I am truly humbled and grateful for the support and kind words I received from everyone regarding my work. Looking forward to 2026 Ride and Rock.

NK COMMANDO No.01. I recently made this NK for a customer as a Christmas surprise for her partner. This is the second one I've made in the 0 series that specifically uses Centurion Main Battle Tank Armour for the bolsters. This blade is made from 6mm thick Sup-9 spring steel and is 348mm OAL, 196mm blade length and its hardness is 57.83 HRC. The handle is Olive green G10 with 1/4" stainless steel pins and 1/8" highly tensile Manganese Bronze pins for the bolsters. The sheath is made from 4.5mm thick leather dyed black and double stitched by hand. I dedicated this blade to...
Corporal Alexander Anderson
VX57188,
2/2 Pioneer Battalion
Japanese POW WW2
Held Moulmein Myanmar RTA
Lest We Forget.

Double Dagger Ride and Rock 2024... The Greyhound raised $1100 for the Commando welfare trust. Numbers were down, but it was a great result considering the economic hardships that everyone has been facing. It was a great to catch up with my mates. Safe travels home everyone.

WULF...... Type III/II Anglo-Saxon Seax. This 9th Century reproduction is close to finished, just needs a plaque made. I created it to resemble the historical Seax's on display in the British Museum. It took 276 hours to get the seax to the desired state of corrosion to emulate 1100 years of age. The Jarrah display base is recycled from the Princes Pier in Melbourne made between 1912 and 1915. The timber would easily be over 200 years old. To think that the Anzacs walked on this timber before departure to the Dardanelles in October 1914 is remarkable.

A fantastic day out at the Double Dagger Ride and Rock. CENTURION raised $6k for Cam's Cause. Many thank's to Ashley for his winning bid. Thank's to all who turned up and for all your kind words about my workmanship, it was quite humbling. The biggest reward for me is knowing that the proceeds from this Auction are helping Veterans in need, and letting them know that they're not alone.
