Plum Blossom dancing team presents Chinese traditional dance to celebrate Chinese culture.

Bendigo's proud 131 year tradition of Chinese processional dragons appearing at the Easter Festival will continue this year when Dai Gum Loong makes his first solo parade on Easter Sunday 9th April 2023. You can be a part of this spectacular community event by registering your interest to be a dragon carrier on our website at https://www.goldendragonmuseum.org/registration/ .

Come along to Golden Dragon Museum’s free Volunteer Morning Tea!

A guided tour of the Museum and an information session on what volunteering opportunities there are will be followed by light refreshments.

Dunhuang Dance is a form of Chinese classical dance which combines traditional culture and modern art. Dunhuang dance draws inspiration from the body movements in the Dunhuang grotto frescoes, and the musical instruments and music scores found in Dunhuang, Gansu province, West China.
