Our first Achieve It Health & Fitness headlamp session for this year was last night.
As it gets a bit darker we light up the local streets and trails and keep those legs, hearts and lungs pumping.

Raising funds for breast and ovarian cancer research at this mornings Mothers Day Classic. There was some talk around the event that Achieve It had the biggest team with our "Run 4 Irene" entry honouring our past member Irene. Nothing official, but either way, we had a great turn out and a fantastic team building morning. Thank you everyone 💓

Fridays is for getting active. We hit up Crusoe Res and No 7 for our first walk. Went to Gurri for a swim, then Madame Judes for a sensational toasti and coffee.
Our final destination was a walk around Lake Weeroona
All up a very beneficial day for our mental and physical health!

That's our Geelong trip pretty much done as we start our journey home.
Sunday started with a healthy breakfast, a walk, a swim in the bay, another 10,000 steps walking around the foreshore and Geelong Central. Then a bit of relaxing at the Wharf Shed Cafe before catching the train home.

Started our Geelong Trip with a delicious Vietnamese lunch, followed by a swim at Ocean Grove and walk up the the Bluff at Barwon Heads...it's been a blast so far!
