“I could not be more thankful to get another opportunity to play in my favorite league and with a team I’m very familiar with.
After completing my first few weeks of work as a Student Mentor at SEDA College and in the middle of pre season with my NBL1 team West Adelaide - I found myself in a very supportive environment where without hesitation they allowed me to pursue this path. Really excited to play with some ballers, grow from this experience and return back to Adelaide in a few weeks”
Rintala, will finish the remainder WNBL season with the Bendigo Spirit. Game are live on Kayo. Follow The WNBL and the Bendigo Spirit to keep up to dates with Games and results.

Who: U14 and older (Girls and Boys)
What: Post specific work (PNR concepts, Post defense, Post moves, game style shooting and more)
Even if you don’t play “post or big inside” learning how to move your body in the paint is 🔑.
