Our 9:30am classes just got a major upgrade. We’ve dialed back the HYROX volume and crafted a schedule that keeps you moving, strong, and ready for life—all while having fun.
Tuesdays Are Next Level 🚀
Say hello to Tom, our powerhouse S&C coach. Fresh off his graduate studies at La Trobe as an Exercise Physiologist, and now chasing his Master’s with ASCA Level 2 in 2026, Tom is one of the few trainers with this level of expertise. Oh, and he’s also shaping the future AFL stars at Bendigo Pioneers U18 Men’s S&C. Yep—your coach is literally training tomorrow’s elite athletes. (Private programs available too!)
Group Fitness Cancellations:
• Morning classes? Cancel before 9pm the night before to avoid a fee.
• Other classes? Give at least 4 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations or no-shows? $8 fee.
This keeps spots open for everyone and makes sure you don’t miss your sweat sesh.
