Whilst some are taking the long weekend off basketball these lads represented the club in the Ballarat Tournament and got thru to the semi final narrowly going down against Broadmeadows in the last 11 seconds. Amazing effort U14 Generals Maiden Gully and coaches Sam K and Gary D and families 💙❤️

A huge congratulations to our Generals athletes Sam Davie, Kade Cochrane and Darcy Rodda on being selected for the 2026 Country Metro Challenge.

This is an amazing achievement and a proud moment for each player, their families, coaches and everyone involved in their development, all that hard work paying off

The Country Metro Challenge is an important part of Basketball Victoria’s performance pathway, bringing together some of the state’s most promising emerging talent in a high-performance environment which will see them take the court in Bendigo.

Congratulations Sam Kade and Darcy we couldn’t be prouder of you all.
