I was privileged to be able to teach the first Reformer Pilates class at Fernwood Bendigo’s new studio this morning.
Soooo much fun.
Both classes full and there was even a couple of In Shape clients there too. So lovely to be back and teaching again.
Same awesome reformers, groovy music. 😀😀
I was reminded that it is a yr since we closed In Shape Pilates so what a great way to get back Into it.

Hello there (again),
So here is the next bit of super exciting news I would now love to share with you.
REFORMER PILATES AT FERNWOOD!!!!! Coming in early
May.
As you know, I am teaching Mat Pilates at Fernwood. (Can I just say, the management and staff there are super supportive, encouraging and friendly).
Well, they are moving from town to Kennington (near Aldi in the old
Indoor cricket stadium ). Expected to open in early May. So free parking and plenty of it too!!!!
I am really happy to say that I will be on the team of Reformer Pilates teachers there.
The same style I taught at In Shape will come with me. Helping clients with confidence, mobility, strength and all the other benefits that come with Pilates with lots of laughs too.
As we get closer to opening , I’ll keep you informed about any developments. You can always check Fernwood Bendigo FB page or give them a call 5441 8008 if you are interested in coming to classes. Of course you can get in touch with me too-would love to hear from you.

Hello everyone. Yes, it’s Julie back in the Pilates world!
I am currently teaching a mat Pilates class on a Monday at Fernwood Bendigo. It’s loads of fun and full of the challenges and laughs you would expect to see in my Pilates classes.
Starting next week (Tuesday at 1.45) , I have a new class called FlexiFit. It’s Pilates based- see below for all the info.
If you are not a Fernwood member you can pay a casual fee of 15 to attend any of the classes.
More exciting news which I’ll publish tomorrow.
Anyway, it would be lovely to work with you again and see your smiley faces.

Gee we have had some fun this week with some “challenges” involving the swing bar.
Julie likes to call this the “pull it through and pushy up thing”. This group, instead of lifting one leg decided that lifting 2 was very achievable.
A great move for stretching the arms/shoulders, rolling the spine and for the legs too.
Thanks everyone for some amazing efforts this week. It’s been great fun.
