But more than anything, we’re proud of the community inside it.
We have members from all walks of life, including many from the LGBTQIA+ community, and we’re grateful they choose to spend part of their week with us.
Everyone deserves a place where they feel welcome, supported and respected.

We’ve expanded the space, added more Open Gym hours, and have some exciting things happening at Bunker HQ — so we’re opening the doors and inviting everyone down to celebrate with us.

Controversial fitness opinions we actually believe at Bunker HQ 👀
You probably don’t need another challenge.
You probably need consistency.
The fitness industry loves extremes because extremes sell.
8-week shreds.
75 Hard.
“No days off.”
All-or-nothing mindsets.
But most people don’t fail because they’re lazy.
They fail because the plan was never realistic to begin with.
Being able to train consistently around kids, work, stress and real life?
That’s real fitness.
Training with purpose will always beat training for punishment.
You don’t need to smash yourself 6 days a week.
You need:
• a program that makes sense
• coaches who help you scale properly
• enough food to recover
• enough sleep
• habits you can actually sustain
The boring stuff works.
People just don’t stick to it long enough.
3–4 sessions a week for years
will always beat going all-in for 8 weeks then burning out.
The real goal?
To still be training in 5 years.
At Bunker, we care more about helping people train for life than chasing quick-fix hype.
