Our set up today was a bit over cautious, stations were double the suggested social distance, own mats, towels and weights and I'm happy with that!

We do it outdoors, stations two metres apart, your own unshared equipment, small groups, fresh air and a few laughs.

Yes this could change, especially if we, as an industry, dont adhere to policy and do the right thing.
For now outdoors is still good!

Mental health seems to be getting forgotten in amongst the chatter and recommendations.
Physical health is super important and this weekend we've tried to focus on mental health as well, exercising outdoors and limiting Covid19 talk. I reckon it worked a treat!! 😀
