We Build Athletes Our business model is simple, take anyone and make them better in whatever capacity they would like. We want you to be able to do both!!

As we see it there's no point in just being 'big' if you can't move properly, what's the point in being able to lift huge numbers without being able to translate that strength into a dynamic movement? Guys or girls it doesn't matter, the common mistake everyone makes is simply training in one way and one way only. We will change that for you, and you'll absolutely LOVE the new strong, healthy and ATHLETIC person we produce at the end.

Fitness looks a little different when you’re a mum.
It’s coordinating naps, snacks, school drop offs and trying to squeeze something in for yourself somewhere in between.
That’s exactly why we created a space at The Human Mechanics where mums can move their bodies without the stress of finding childcare.
Our playground space means your little ones can play safely while you train, reset and take an hour for yourself too.
No pressure.
No perfect routines.
Just a supportive environment where mums can show up as they are and keep building strength, confidence and consistency over time.

Meet Beth — one of the athletes in the THM Academy when she was only a year into the program.

The Academy is designed to help young athletes build the physical foundations that support long-term performance in sport.
