Gentle Spirit Yoga

I was having a whinge to my husband about how tired I was & how much I wanted to be at home in my pyjamas with a cuppa when I turned to glance out the window of the train.

I was so blown away & fascinated by how amazing the sky looked, I was bought right back to the present moment. I couldn’t stop staring at it & taking pictures.

Perhaps a gentle reminder from the Universe to be here now, as that’s the only place I could be 😁

I’m happy to say that I’m home from Melbourne & have enjoyed a cup of tea in my pyjamas & am content in this present moment 💝
