You may have noticed that I have been very quiet of late. There is a very good reason for that....I received an offer to return to my first ever job at Fernwood Fitness. I have really enjoyed being back and looking forward to the opportunities it will provide me.
This is not the end of equiPT but it is for now. For those who have been trying to get in contact with me, I do apologise but I hope this explains why. Jayne

I will admit, I have not watched much of The Biggest Loser this year. But I have been following the progress of local lads, Todd and Gerald. Their transformation from start to finish is amazing. Good luck tonight fellas!
