MEMBER OF THE WEEK ⭐️ IZZY COUTTS
This weeks Member of the Week goes to 😍
A familiar face in our 6:15am class, Izzy is one of the most consistent members in the studio. No matter what’s going on, she’s always showing up and putting in the effort, even if she’s racing through the doors while talk time is on! 🤭
Izzy is an absolute ripper to have around. She’s always happy to chat, welcomes anyone she’s paired with, and brings a positive energy to every session. During netball season especially, she does a great job of balancing trainings and games while still making time for her BFT sessions. 🫱🏻🫲🏼
We love the effort she brings every morning and the way she gets every session done with intent.
The funniest part? Izzy thought she was getting a shoutout this morning just for making it in before talk time. 🤣
Very deserved Izzy! We love having you apart of our BFT family. 🙌🏼🩵
