Benny Oborne is a true gentleman who has done so much for bodyboarding over the years and continues to give so much back to the sport and its community.

On behalf of everyone at Bodyboard Victoria and all our team members, a massive thank you to everyone involved in making the 2026 Australian Bodyboard Titles such an incredible event.
There was so much exciting stuff happening both in and around the competition, but what stood out most was the camaraderie, passion and character of our Victorian riders. There’s something truly unique about this crew, and I couldn’t be prouder of the way everyone represented Victoria both in and out of the water.
We’ve come away from Nationals with some incredible memories, plenty of momentum and an even bigger appetite for what’s ahead.
Bring on the new season, and bring on Mandurah, Western Australia in 2027!

2026 was Ned’s second run at Nationals, securing 3rd position in the most tightly contested division.

Lyndall Jucker - 3rd place in Women’s open division at the Australian Bodyboarding titles in Newcastle. 🥉
This year was Lyndall’s 3rd trip Nationals and she secured her second 3rd place finish in a highly contested division and tough conditions.
