Presentation night wouldn’t be complete without taking a moment to thank our wonderful leaders, Phil & Kylie.

Their tireless dedication to the club, year after year, is nothing short of impressive. It takes a brave couple to sit on a committee together, let alone take on the enormous job of running a football club!

So much of what keeps a club like ours running smoothly happens behind the scenes. The countless hours on the phone, the decisions, the problem-solving, the sleepless nights the list goes on.

You both give so much of yourselves to the Breakers, not just for the football club but for the wider community that surrounds it. Your commitment, resilience and willingness to keep showing up is something we are incredibly grateful for.

Thank you, Phil & Kylie, for everything you do for the Breakers and for our club family. You inspire us to be our best 💙💛

You won’t find a more deserving family than the Fowlers’.

From Kane, a former Breakers star, returning to coach both a junior and senior team this year, to Mandi, who pulled on the boots and captained our Senior Women — their commitment to the club runs deep.

And of course, their two children are both stars in their own right, proudly representing the blue and yellow and contributing to the next generation of Breakers.

The Fowler family’s commitment to our club and the Breakers family is next level. They give their time, their energy and their heart, and they are involved in so many different aspects of our club.

We are incredibly lucky to have families like this who live and breathe the Breakers and help make our club what it is.

How lucky are we to have people who don’t need to be asked — they simply see what needs doing, lend a hand and jump in whenever help is required.

Your generosity, commitment and willingness to get stuck in is a huge part of what makes our club so special. So much of what you do happens quietly behind the scenes, but it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed.
